Serviced Offices and Coworking Spaces by The Outset

Offering something completely new for Warrington. We offer a unique environment for you to build your business, professional network and become a welcomed part of our growing community. We have space for the full spectrum of businesses – everything from a single desk to our larger leased spaces. We are ideally located just a 5 minute walk from Bank Quay Station – which connects direct to London and Edinburgh – and only a 10 minute walk from Warrington Central Station connecting to Liverpool and Manchester.

Excellent barista coffee and food are available at our in house cafe, there are on site showers, a front desk service and parking available. Even better, we look out over Warrington’s beautiful Bank Park – perfect for a break-out stroll. We also hold regular networking events – fostering connection and community in the building is important to us.
