Serviced Offices and Coworking Spaces by Mmg Accountancy Services Limited

Since it was refurbished in Feb 2021, I am keen to retain as an office rather than as a quasi warehouse or for manufacturing, as it has been in the past. The occupier will have 24/7 use but not a parking space. They can subject to authorisation, modify the offices at their own expense and the offices are child and pet friendly.

The rent is all inclusive so no light, heat or rates bills. But the tenant will have to pay for WiFi, cleaning etc. The occupiers have often been new starters in business, but the best tenants are established businesses.
